Adeyemi, Williams, Afolayan, Ajayi, Others Elected as New Exco of Igogo Commercial High School Alumni Association
The national body of Igogo Commercial High School, Igogo-Ekiti, has elected a new set of executive members to pilot the affairs of the Alumni Association.
The election took place during the school’s 50th Anniversary celebration, which was recently held in Igogo-Ekiti.
In the keenly contested election, Professor Raphael Olusegun Adeyemi emerged as the National President, while Prince Adeola Williams was elected as Deputy National President. Engineer Clement Olugbenga Afolayan was chosen as National Secretary.
Other elected officers include: Dr. Tope Ajisafe; National Treasurer, Mr. Mathew Olabode Ajayi; National Public Relations Officer (PRO), and Otunba Mathew Abayomi Adewumi; Deputy National PRO.
Others are Mrs. Awoyemi Lucia Funmilayo; National Financial Secretary and Mrs. Awodiji Fadekemi Janet; National Auditor.
The newly elected Executive Committee pledged to work tirelessly towards the growth and development of the Alumni Association, the school, and its students, promising initiatives that will strengthen the bond between past students and their alma mater.
