STATE OF THE NATION: those calling for Matawalle and Ribadu removal are frustrated politicians who are not happy with the recent failed Coup d’etat, Says security expect.
Retired military warlord Colonel Anthony Gabriel has criticized Some unpatriotic Nigerians calling for the removal of the Current Minister of State for Defence Bello Mohammed Matawalle and the National Security adviser Malam Nuhu Ribadu as doomed, shortsighted, unpatriotic and not happy with the recent failed Coup which if not because of Matawalle and Nuhu Ribadu eagle eye close range monitoring they will by now dancing high live music for their evil plans success.
Retired Colonel Anthony Gabriel further noticed with dismayed the attitudes of some politicians especially from the North who had enjoyed decades of presidency and so many opportunities engaged in campaign of hate rate to tarnish the image of those who they feels is their potential threat to sabotage the government of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu added that, ” Matawalle and Nuhu Ribadu remained and will continue to be loyal to Mr. President under any circumstances and blackmailing of bad losers.
” It’s very unfortunate that some Nigerians found it very difficult to distinguished between what we called rules of engagement and dialogue for finding lasting security challenges which according to the Retired Military officer takes political wisdom to handle. “Says Security expert.
“Each State has the representatives in the Federal Executive council, infact many Nigerians don’t even know their names and their respective portfolios , then why Northwest is always the center of accusations and hate rate Matawalle from those that are not happy with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu performance.
“as per as I’m concerned Matawalle and Nuhu Ribadu are doing excellent job in their respective redponslities , therefore , the DSS ,DMI, and all relevant security agents should put those calling for Matawalle and Nuhu Ribadu on red alert especially some politicians from Zamfara State and beyond who have dual loyalty to the rulling All progressive congress but working for opposition who could not win future elections.
The retired Officer further advices the Ministry of Defence to as a matter of urgency investigate how a suspected coup plotter Captain Gargea Binuga who is now on the run on how he owned a large Mining Site in Bagega under Maru Local government area of Zamfara before he ran out of the country.
Colonel Anthony Gabriel further advice president Bola Ahmed Tinubu to empower Malam Nuhu Ribadu and Matawalle to continue to expose enemies of the State.
