A massive celebration swept through Genesis Global City on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, as over 10,000 Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) worshippers and well-wishers gathered at the Genesis Global Luli Ground in Dalemo Alakuko, Lagos, to mark the church’s historic 79th LULI Anniversary
The atmosphere was electric as all roads led to Duro Ishola Street for an unforgettable evening of praise, prayer, and divine fellowship. A key highlight of the colorful event was the presence of Rt. Rev. Olatosho Oshoffa, son of the late CCC founder, who stood side-by-side with Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipe (fondly known as Genesis). Together, surrounded by thousands of joyful worshippers, they released white balloons into the sky to symbolize peace, unity, and continuous divine glory for the church worldwide.
In a powerful moment of intercession, Rt. Rev. Oshoffa and Prophet Genesis led the congregation in special prayers for all CCC members across the globe, as well as dedicated prayers for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the peace and prosperity of Nigeria
The venue was filled to capacity with a mammoth crowd raising their voices in unified praise to the God of Oshoffa, honoring His faithfulness and wondrous works in the lives of believers across the world.
The 2026 Genesis Global Luli celebration stands out as a landmark event in the church’s history. Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipe continues to demonstrate an unwavering dedication to highlighting the light and heritage of the Celestial Church of Christ, firmly protecting its rich spiritual legacy for the present generation and those to come.
