Dr. Babashola, a celebrated entrepreneur and strategic thinker, leads one of Lagos’ most reputable real estate investment and development companies. Under his guidance, Gross Assets & Properties Limited has championed innovative housing and wealth-building initiatives such as Miteplan, IléOlà Estates, and other high-impact development projects that continue to redefine industry standards.
In addition to his corporate accomplishments, Dr. Babashola is deeply committed to humanitarian service, youth development, and social empowerment. He is the President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Royal Ikeja Ambassadors, and the Founder of both The Babashola Foundation and GAP L Impact Foundation, operating through the G5Lite Equity Project, which has empowered hundreds of Nigerians through land banking, real estate education, and financial growth programs.
His dedication to peace-building and community advancement is further reflected in his fellowship with the Ecolerite Institute for Peace Advancement and his involvement with UNPOLAC.
