Heads of some of its department like Legal, who spoke of formalities on how to authenticate the true state of landed properties or estates in order not to run foul of government laws when dealing with customers. The company’s head of audit also took turn to enlighten participants on the government new tax regime which takes effect from February 2026, a national discourse which has put many on edge.
According to the MD, ” the event was put together to show our integrity and capacity to realtors who are also big stakeholders in the business. We have been very professional in the last 6years of building homes for people, we start and finished our houses on time, which has given real confidence to investors, our units are completely sold out now. The plan is to build 100 housing units next year.
