Created in 2025, Nakito Bobo follows the chaotic life of Nakito, a streetwise Lagos boy known for his wild lifestyle—a womanizer, substance abuser, and street hustler. But in an unexpected twist, Nakito’s life takes a spiritual turn after a divine encounter. What unfolds is a hilarious, gritty, and deeply human journey of transformation.
Streaming every Friday on YouTube, and across platforms like TikTok and Instagram, Nakito Bobo is fast becoming a fan favorite among African Gen Z and diaspora audiences. It’s comedy with depth, street culture with soul—unapologetically African and universally relatable.
Nakito Entertainment isn’t just making cartoons—it’s building culture.
With more animated shows in development, the studio is expanding its creative empire to include a fashion line inspired by the Nakito universe. Expect streetwear like tees, hoodies, caps, and jeans—designed for everyday swagger. A food podcast network is also in the works, exploring traditional African cuisines, local chefs, and food culture from the streets up. At the helm of it all is Tayo Laditi, the media entrepreneur and filmmaker who founded Nakito Entertainment after studying at the New York Film Academy. In addition to leading Nakito, Tayo also runs TMO Solutions LLC, company specializing in smart security systems and tech infrastructure.
“We’re creating content that reflects our truth,” says Laditi. “It’s raw, funny, spiritual—and deeply African. That’s what Nakito stands for.”
