The Board of Directors of Premier Breweries plc through it’s Chairman the Billionaire oil magnet Prince(Engr) Arthur Eze(OFR) has debunked the rumours and viral online advert that the company is for sale and open to prospective buyers.He reteitrated that the company which used to be the biggest Brewery in West Africa at a time is undergoing reactivation which suffered some setback and the Board is trying to put everything back on track so that the company will regain it’s glory and flood the market with its products.He further warned that there is no plan to sell any part of Premier Breweries vasse land or the plants and equipments. He then warned members of the public to be wary of criminals,unscrupulous agents and fraudsters parading themselves to be agents of Premier Breweries. He vowed that he would deal with any body whatsoever through lawful means that tries to undermine the interest of the company in any manner.
