VENO PRAYER CITY COMMISERATES WITH THE CAC FAMILY IN ERUKU, KWARA STATE
The entire VENO Prayer Centre a.k.a Mountain of Covenant, Ogun State, under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Sanya Ojo SOMH (Anjonu Eledumare), expresses deep sorrow and heartfelt condolences to the CAC family in Eruku, Kwara State, over the tragic bandit attack that occurred during their worship service yesterday.
According to reports, the CAC Church in Eruku captured the final moments before heavily armed terrorists invaded the sanctuary, killing three innocent worshippers and abducting the pastor along with several members. This heartbreaking incident is another painful reminder of the increasing persecution against Christians in Nigeria.
This attack is not just violence—it is another form of genocide in Christiandom, a direct assault on the body of Christ. Yet, even in the face of brutal persecution, our God remains faithful, and Jesus Christ must be heard everywhere.
We pray that the Almighty God will comfort the grieving families, heal the wounded, release the captives, and grant the entire community the strength and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
It is well with their souls. May light conquer every darkness.
