Amotekun commends Oba Odugbemi for his security architecture in the state.

The Southwest Security Network Agency, known as Amotekun corps has commended Onilisa of Lisa Kingdom, Oba Oladele Odugbemi for his security architecture towards protecting the lifes and property of the people of Lisa and its environ.

The Coordinator of Ogun State Security Network Agency, Amotekun Corps, Ifo Command, in Ifo local government area of Ogun state, Mr Dotun Omotunde gave the commendation while on a visit to Amotekun office in Lisa which was donated by the monarch to the command.

Mr. Omotunde described the royal father as a visionary monarch who does not merely rule but actively protects his subjects saying that his reign has stands out as a golden era of peace as a result of the relentless focus of the monarch on the safety of his subjects.

He noted that the foresight, proactive leadership and constant commitment to the security architecture of the state by the monarch have made Lisa Kingdom a safer place for all.

While appreciating the support of Oba Odugbemi for the construction of Amotekun Lisa Mega Division, the coordinator of Ifo Command of Amotekun pointed out that the continuos support of the monarch has afforded the officers and men of the corps enough motivation needed to stay vigilant.

Mr Omotunde stressed that the gesture will empower the division of Amotekun to maintain zero tolerance policy towards crime within Ifo local government and its environ.

He maintained that the monarch has further proven to be lover of his subjects by ensuring the safety environment of Lisa and the people of the community.

Responding, Onilisa of Lisa Kingdom, Oba Oladele Odugbemi said that the safety and security of his subjects is very Paramount to him, emphasising that he will continue to do what he can within his capacity to ensure that Lisa community is free and safe.

Oba Odugbemi disclosed that this is not the first time he has been donating offices to security agencies in the community, saying that his efforts are aimed at securing the people of Lisa and its environ against any external forces most especially in this era of insecurity in the country.

The monarch urged other traditional rulers in the country to complement the efforts of the government in tackling the problem of insecurity in the country as government cannot do it alone, hence the collective efforts of all stakeholders in combating insecurity is very important.
