Popular Gubernatorial candidate Dr. Ernest Afolabi Umakhihe camp has denied rumours among politicians that Dr. Ernest had stepped down from tomorrow APC primary elections tomorrow.
According to statement released from his media team “our supporters should not accept the rumors that our principal Dr Ernest Afolabi Umakhihe has stepped down from the race.
This is done by those who are scared of his popularity as the man that will clinch the gubernatorial ticket of APC.
Dr Ernest popularity and acceptance has sent confusion into the opponents camp and as such they are trying all possible means to frustrate his nomination.
Top political heavyweights have thrown their weight behind Dr ernest and they have also vowed to nominate him come Saturday.
