I am still legally married under the Act to His Eminence, King Alfred Papapereye Diete-Spiff, CFR—Queen Josephine Alfred Diete-Spiff

My attention has been drawn to the recent news about my marriage and name being ascribed to another, and my response is simple.

I want to make it absolutely clear that I am legally married under the Act to His Eminence, King Alfred Papapereye Diete-Spiff, CFR. Therefore, any individual who falsely claims to be married to my husband should be aware that such a marriage is not only non-existent but also illegal, criminal, and void ab initio.

Secondly, impersonation is a criminal offense that is severely punishable under the laws of Nigeria. Consequently, any individual impersonating me should be ready to face the full wrath of the law.

Signed:
Her Majesty, Dr. (Barr) Dame, Evangelist, QUEEN JOSEPHINE ALFRED PAPAPEREYE DIETE-SPIFF, JP
QUEEN of Twon Brass Kingdom,
The Twon Ibe Opuyingibo of Twon Nation (The Great Mother of Twon Nation)
President of the Queens of the Niger Delta Initiative
The Amazon of the Niger Delta.
